We ask our family & friends making the trip to book at the Riu in order to meet the requirement of guests staying at the hotel to host the wedding and of course spend as much time together as possible! The hotel is all inclusive of nightly room charge, food and all beverages. The resort is family friendly.
US Passports are required for all travelers entering Mexico.
About Us
After swiping right on each other in September 2021, we had our first date on Friday, Sept. 17 at the Cole Street Brewery in Enumclaw. The night was so much fun despite there being 1,000 mph winds and power outages (you know the norm in Enumclaw). That night sitting in a dark brewery with our phone flashlights on there was a clear and strong connection. This may have been a bad sign to some, but fortunately we decided to take a chance and see where it took us.
Michael had to leave for training 2 days after our first date. After 4 months of nightly FaceTime calls and texting, he came back to Washington in February 2022 and we were finally able to officially start dating. Time moved quickly, and we moved in together a few months later and made our house a home. Bailey moved in for the summer, and eventually for the school year.
Over the next year, our love grew for one another and for our new little unconventional family.
Michael surprised me on my birthday weekend. While exploring a Mt. Rainier National Forest, we pulled over to take pictures. Michael proposed to me on one snowy and very cold knee in front of the most beautiful backdrop. We cried, laughed, and took in the moment. We were the only two insight and surrounded by complete silence of the dense forest with snow-covered trees. It was SO perfect ❤️ 💍
We are excited to share our next chapter with family and friends on February 21, 2025, in Cabo! 🏖️We cannot wait to celebrate this special day with all of you, and we are grateful to have you by our side.
